Home > About childhood cancer > For survivors >Being a survivor of childhood cancer sometimes isn't easy. Many physical and emotional challenges may come your way as a result of your treatment. At CLIC Sargent, we want to help survivors as best we can, and one way to do this is to find out what type of information survivors of childhood cancer need - and then to provide that information for everyone to access.
This is where we need your help.
In spring 2008, we will be launching an online questionnaire to find out the questions you’ve had since finishing treatment, the questions you think you're likely to have in the future and who else in your life you think needs information about survivorship issues.
Your feedback will help us develop material for those affected by childhood cancer – both those on treatment, and those who have survived the disease.
If you are 16+ and have been off treatment for five years or more, please sign up to take part in the survey. Doing this will be enable us to send you a link to the questionnaire when it is ready. Please rest assured that by signing up you are under no obligation or pressure to complete the questionnaire and we won't pass your email address on to anyone else.
