message: Could anyone help me with details of where I can get decent travel insurance for my 11 year old Son. He is due to travel to Holland with school and Switzerland with scouts in July of this year. He has Brain Tumour for which he has had a 90% rec=section in December and we are now awaiting scans to confirm whether it is growing at the moment. Thanks

message: Freedom Insurance specialise in travel insurance for people with medical conditions. We have used them a couple of times and had to make a claim once and they were very reasonable and efficient. Tracy

message: My son has a brain tumour as well, we just went away to Disneyland Paris, I called loads of places and it was hit and miss, some companys wanted hundreds of pounds just for 4 days. I have used JD assocates in the past, so thought I would try them again, they are a broker so should find you the best deal. Their phone number is 01689 859102. They got a policy for me and my son for £40 each (not bad concidering he was a big risk as he had only had surgery last year, bilateral shunts and the possibilty of more surgery when we got back). The policy was with MIA online, the great thing about the policy is it also includes a year subscritption to their online dateabase (its a bit like medic alert but you update it all yourself). Lucy

message: Hi. We got travel insurance for my daughter, who has a terminal diagnosis, through All Clear. We're going to Cyprus next week for 2 weeks, the insurance was expensive, about £900, but they've fully insured her - and the rest of our group.
