Home > About us >Help us look after our brand
Using the CLIC Sargent brand correctly is important for two key reasons:
- So that children and young people with cancer and their families know who we are/can use our services
- So that supporters recognise us, want to get involved, and help raise money to fund our services
Our brand refresh
If you've visited our site before, you may have noticed that it now looks a bit different. This is because we have refreshed our brand.
Why a brand refresh?
We have responded to feedback from children and young people with cancer, survivors of cancer, staff and volunteers, who said that our brand needed to explain 'at a glance' what we do.
We have carried out this development work within our own design team, so that we have not had to pay expensive agency fees. Also, we are not wasting any materials, we are simply replacing items with the refreshed brand as and when they run out.
Logo design
Our logo has changed to make it clearer and friendlier, and to better reflect our work with young people. We have softened the lines to give it a hand-drawn look, made the strapline more prominent and developed the flower. We think it's a better representation of what we do and who we do it for. We hope you agree.
Using our logo
If you would like to use our logo, please don't copy it from our website. Instead, please email our creative services team at creative.services@clicsargent.org.uk so that they can send you a correct version for your needs.
We have some guidelines about how to use our logo which you can download below.
Next steps
We are also developing our images and written style as part of our brand refresh. These will help everyone look after our brand. Full brand guidelines will be available soon.
