- Support over 5,340 children and young people with cancer
- Offer 1,976 individuals to stay in our Homes from Home

None of this would be possible without help from people like you. We would like to share the success of our appeals in 2008 with you.

September Appeal
In September, we told you a story about Katrina and how a CLIC Sargent Youth Development Worker helped her after her cancer treatment. This appeal has raised over £27,000, that could help other young people like Katrina.
Katrina has now completed a Pathfinder course at Belfast Metropolitan College and has applied for a job at a hospital. She is also a member of the CLIC Sargent Youth Forum and became its vice chairperson last year.

Christmas Appeal
The Christmas appeal, told supporters about how a CLIC Sargent Nurse made little Zoe’s wish come true. Thanks to the home visits from her nurse Lynn, Zoe got to spend Christmas at home with her family.
The appeal has raised an amazing £123,000 so far with donations still coming in. Thanks to generous supporters like you, we can be there for more families like Zoe’s, every step of the way.
