The Challenge:
The Barry Sheene Memorial Motorcycle Challenge is a challenge for mind, body and bike! It’s about riding on stunning stretches of open road and navigating twists, turns and mountain bends. There will also be visits to tracks en-route and you’ll experience the whole event with a group of like-minded bikers – Team Sheene 2009!
This 2009 Italian route is new to the event and promises to be the best yet! To take part we ask you to pay a deposit and in addition raise a minimum sponsorship for CLIC Sargent. Don’t worry, we’re here to help and support you so that you reach your fundraising goal!
Every effort will be made to give riders track time en-route however this can’t be guaranteed.
2009 itinerary highlights:
Swiss Alps - riding twists and turns through stunning mountain scenery Monza – you’ll visit one of the most historic racing circuits.
Monte Carlo – taking your bike out on legendary roads with fantastic riding.
Mugello GP – one of the most scenic and modern racing tracks in the world where the group will spend their final day of the Challenge.
