Finishing on Portsmouth's breath-taking seafront, the Great South Run is just as suited to the elite as it is to the recreational jogger. The race takes place over a 10-mile course through the streets of Portsmouth takes in historic sites such as HMS Warrior, HMS Victory and the Spinnaker Tower.
