The Grand Final

Pretend you're England stars for the day at the beautiful £10 million National Sports Centre at Bisham Abbey, on Sunday 27th July. It's where England trains and the pitches are fit for some of the best players in the world.  The finals will be played on grass so don't forget your studs.

This National Sports Centre is where two lucky teams will get to play against our Legends team: Peter Reid, Rob Lee, Nigel Winterburn, Ray Parlour, Dave Beasant and special celebrity guests.

Will it be your team to beat the legends? If you win you'll still be telling your grandchildren about it in years to come!

There are 3 different ways to qualify so it won't jut be the best teams who have the chance to play the legends:

• Win one of the seven regional heats

          or

• Raise the most money at your regional heat - seven teams qualify this way (money raised must be with CLIC Sargent by 18th July to qualify)

          or

• Have one of the best two team names

It will be a great day out for all the family with a barbeque, and spectators are more than welcome to come and watch.

There will be 16 teams split into four qualifying groups. The top two teams from each league will go through to the cup competition.  It will be knock out rounds from then on.  There will be heroes and bad luck stories as one team is crowned Legends Charity Cup Champions 08.

The bottom two teams from qualifying groups will continue to play and compete to become the Legends Charity Plate winners 08.

Both the winners of the Cup and the Plate competitions get to play a game against the Legends team!
