Postage and Packaging
These costs are calculated according to the value of your order, as follows:

Returns
You can cancel your order within 14 days of ordering the goods. Orders cancelled within 14 days of being placed will be refunded in full on receipt of the returned goods (if applicable).
For hygiene reasons earrings are non-returnable, unless they are faulty.
Goods must be returned in the original packaging and unused. Please include a covering note stating your order number, your name and a reason for return to:
