What’s involved?
Develop your skills and gain valuable experience working for the UK’s leading children’s cancer charity. Placements last around 13 weeks and offer interns the opportunity to take on challenging projects, whilst making a real difference to the work of CLIC Sargent.
We have a range of internships in departments across the organisation, including:
- Campaigns & Public Affairs
- Marketing & Communications
- Major Event Fundraising
- Research & Service Development
What can I expect from CLIC Sargent?
CLIC Sargent offers all interns on the scheme:
- A comprehensive induction day alongside other interns
- Full training and one-to-one support and supervision
- The opportunity to attend a tailored workshop on CV and application writing, interview techniques and job seeking
- Access to our in-house programme of training and development courses, including our online e-learning package
- Access to CLIC Sargent’s internal vacancies
- The chance to network with other interns on the scheme

Who can apply?
The scheme is aimed at undergraduates, graduates and professionals seeking a career change. You must be over the age of 18 and fulfil the requirements outlined in the skills and experience section of the role profile.
