A TOTAL-ly great day!
The TOTAL Charity Golf Day took place on 9th May, hosted by CLIC Sargent Patron, Steve Rider, at The Hertfordshire Golf & Country Club in Broxbourne.
Fourteen teams took to the fairways to enjoy a days’ golf in the stunning setting of the Grade II listed 18th Century mansion after which they were treated to a sumptuous four-course luncheon.
A whole host of celebrity guests joined Steve and the teams including fellow Patron, James Allen, Ray Clemence, Rob Bonnett, Willie Thorne, Clive Tyldesley, Sam Kane, Linda Lusardi, Susan Moon and many more.

First place went to a team from the Nevada Bob golf outlet. Sadly, no one won the Porsche car, which was the prize for a hole in one, donated by Lancaster Porsche!
Michelle Gray, Area Fundraising Manager for CLIC Sargent said, “It was a really lovely day, with everyone having a great time and luckily, the weather stayed fine! Our sincere thanks go to Steve Rider for being our host, James Allen for speaking at the luncheon on behalf of the charity, Sam Kane for being our auctioneer extraordinaire, The Hertfordshire, Alex Tapper and Billy Wells, both of whom know only too well how important the services of CLIC Sargent are, WSM for running the day, all the prize sponsors and in particular TOTAL UK Ltd, for their fantastic, ongoing support.”
