Each year, teams of students at Edinburgh University take part in The Apprentice Challenge, which is based on the successful TV series “The Apprentice”.
Teams have one week to originate, plan and put into action a fundraising activity for charity. This year’s leading team led by Michael Grumbridge, chose CLIC Sargent
as their charity and ran a ‘darts for prizes’ competition, where people threw darts at numbers to win a prize.
The event took place on Friday 2nd Feb, and in a matter of hours, the team raised £683.
This is the second year in succession that students have chosen CLIC Sargent and also come first in the challenge!
Well done all!
