25 runners from the London Metropolitan Police are running the Flora London Marathon 2008 as a chain gang to beat the world record. They are raising money to help CLIC Sargent along the way and aim to raise a fantastic £50,000.
All of the members of the team are involved in policing in London. Most work in and around the Westminster area of the city. They have chosen to take on the challenge to beat the current world record held by a chain of robbers, set in the 2007 Flora London Marathon!
